Therapy Services:

-Roman Counseling PLLC offers individual, group and family counseling services.

-Individual counseling sessions are scheduled for 45 and 55 minute increments

-Group therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minute increments

-We offer both telehealth and in-person therapy options

-At this time we accept BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare and self pay

We treat anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, OSFED and disordered eating with compassionate, evidence-based care and a HAES therapeutic approach.

What to expect: Weekly or monthly group sessions focused on ACT, eating disorder recovery, or mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness Group: A free 30 minute group held the first Tuesday of every month at 12 PM.
