Experience

Bianca has over eleven years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating mood disorders, trauma, and anxiety. Her experience includes facilitating child and family team planning, providing direct behavioral and skills coaching, conducting intake assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering crisis intervention, and coordinating care with community agencies. Bianca has worked in both school- and community-based settings, helping clients develop coping strategies, life skills, and emotional resilience. She utilizes evidence-based therapies, including CBT and DBT, to foster well-being and create safe, supportive environments where clients can thrive.
